Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Foreman will be responsible for leading hourly unionized employees, preparing the team to operate safely while still focusing on the needs of our customers. Assist in meeting and exceeding processing goals daily. Maintain and perform small repairs on tools and equipment. Observe and report on safety to the Operations Manager. Ensure work areas are maintained and kept clean.InterPro is committed to maintaining and promoting a safe, healthy and injury-free environment.
