Develop and maintain professional documents such as Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, flowcharts and PowerPoint presentations. Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support internal communications and ensure timely dissemination of information. Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager and supervisors. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow. What does Acden need from me? Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). Experience in calendar management and meeting coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Valid Class 5 Driver's License. Proven experience in written and verbal communication with senior management. Candidates will be required to complete an intensive skills assessment—designed to rigorously evaluate advanced Excel proficiency, high-level logical reasoning, and exceptional attention to detail—with an 90% cumulative score needed to pass. What are the "nice to haves": Knowledge or work experience in waste and recycling services is an asset. Acden is 100% community-owned by the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation.
