Senior Cyber Security Analyst, IAM Onboarding

Job Description What is the Opportunity?We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) Onboarding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications to our IAM services, including SailPoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, and ServiceNow. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, analysis of business requirements, and implementation of IAM solutions to meet organizational goals.What will you do?Onboard applications to IAM services in accordance with established onboarding strategy and IAM goalsRecommend or automate approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with business partners, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful onboardingFacilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review with large and diverse groupsAnalyze and document business and system solution requirements using enterprise-standard requirements methodologyParticipate in onboarding testing, including test case creation and executionIdentify and report security risks in accordance with organizational standardsDesign solutions, write code, perform unit testing, develop appropriate artifacts /documentation, and facilitate final delivery.What do you need to succeed? Must have:2+ years’ experience in Python development, must have experience automating reportsStrong understanding of IT security concepts and practices, and demonstrative experience of automating related workflows.Advanced proficiency with SQL and Excel, with strong working knowledge of data querying across structured and unstructured sourcesBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Security or related field.Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or oversightNice to Have:Knowledge of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAUTH), SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, MFAFamiliarity with Agile methodologyProfessional certification(s) related to information security or information risk managementWorking experience with ServiceNow, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Git)Experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services (SailPoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, ServiceNow) What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
