Senior Cyber Security Analyst, Identity and Access Management

What is the opportunity?We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications to our IAM services, including Sailpoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, and ServiceNow. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, analysis of business requirements, and implementation of IAM solutions to meet organizational goals.What will you do?Onboard applications to IAM services in accordance with established onboarding strategy and IAM goalsCollaborate with business partners, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful onboardingFacilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review with large and diverse groupsAnalyze and document business and system solution requirements using enterprise-standard requirements methodologyParticipate in onboarding testing, including test case creation and executionIdentify and report security risks in accordance with organizational standardsImplement solutions to improve onboarding process efficiencyWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:2-3 years of experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services (Sailpoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, ServiceNow)Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skillsAbility to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or oversightExcellent written and oral communication skillsUnderstanding of various technology platforms and applications (LDAP, Active Directory, ZVM, Entra ID, etc.)Nice to Have:Knowledge of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAUTH), SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, MFAFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and ConfluenceData analysis and reporting skillsProfessional certification(s) related to information security or information risk managementRelevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Cyber Security, Business Analysis, Computer Engineering, or ITWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
