Please find more information here: As a Speech Language Pathologist with VCH you will:Be responsible for the delivery of speech and language services for preschool-aged clients in the community, including the delivery of intake, consultation, assessment, therapy and education services using standard and advanced procedures.Be responsible for the administration and management of the local Speech-Language Pathology Program.ABOUT SECHELT, BCThe District Municipality of Sechelt is located on the lower Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, approximately 50 km northwest of Vancouver. That is what Sechelt has to offer you Qualifications Education & ExperienceCurrent full registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of British Columbia plus a minimum of two years related experience.Valid BC Drivers’ License and use of a personal vehicle.Knowledge & AbilitiesAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to work well as a member of a teamAbility to work independently, establish priorities and organize workloadAbility to organize and conduct workshops and seminars on speech-language development/communication disordersPhysical ability to perform duties of the positionAbility to operate related equipment Closing Statement The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
