The incumbent shall be on an Night shift schedule starting at 10:00pm until 6:30am.Role Responsibilities:Unload, store, open, and dump green coffee beans into the receiving silosEnsure the proper quantity and type of green coffee bean is always available from the silosBlend, bag and weigh blended green coffee for outbound shipmentsSet-up and safely operate packaging machines including completing start-up checklistsPerform quality checks, including inspection and cleaning of magnetsComplete production reportsPerform basic machine adjustments and maintenanceStage, load and unload finished product and raw materials using forkliftInspect and receive incoming deliveries, including completing In-bound checklistReplenish processing and packaging lines with necessary materials and take away finished goodsComplete accurate records for all outbound shipments, including Out-bound checklistFollow all Health and Safety, GMP and food safety policies and regulations reporting any deviations to the SupervisorOther duties as assigned Qualifications:Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipmentStrong attention to detailAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) is requiredProven track record of reliability and safetyEffective verbal communication skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions2 or more years of experience with production and packaging in the food industry is strongly preferredBenefits:Starting from your first day you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:Extended Health Care BenefitsOut of Country MedicalPrescription MedicationDentalLife Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and ChildrenAD&D Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and ChildrenShort-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance for the EmployeePension and RRSP plansFitness Subsidy BenefitBoot allowanceEngagement-oriented culture Compensation:  Starting hourly rate of $26.73 with progressive increases over 3 years to current top rate of $32.02 (not including applicable premium(s).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policy / program / plan, based on individual and company performance metrics.  RBI and its subsidiaries use automated tools, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance candidate experience, help review applications and support the hiring process.
