This role will support with key responsibilities in corporate communications, corporate event planning, ad hoc administrative duties, and community engagement.This position is based in-person, in our downtown Calgary office. What you’ll be doing:Covering main reception and the mailroom when necessary Assisting with workplace relocation projectAssisting with the corporate giving program and other corporate fundraising effortsAssisting with corporate events Taking on ad hoc facilities, admin and corporate services duties as they come upWho you are: You are currently in your 2nd or 3rd year enrolled in an Administrative, Communications, Corporate Services, or related programYou are currently enrolled at the following post-secondary institutions: University of Calgary, Mount Royal University, University of Alberta, or Bow Valley CollegeYou are a motivated, hard-working, self-starter with a desire to learn and make an impact in a leading Oil and Gas companyYou are confident in your written and verbal communication skillsYou are able to effectively work independently as well as in a team environmentTo be eligible for a Paramount Resources student position, you must meet the following requirements:You are available to work the full duration of the work termYou are currently residing in Calgary or willing to relocate for your work termYou are legally entitled to work in Canada, without restriction by way of one of the following:Canadian CitizenshipPermanent Residency Valid work permitWhat we can offer YOU: This position will provide you with an opportunity to leverage your skills in support of a nimble, Canadian-based energy company.
