- The goal of our Summer Student Program is to develop the leaders of tomorrow by providing meaningful work experiences that allow students to gain valuable industry knowledge from all levels of the organization. The Students will have the opportunity to grow their professional network, give back to the community, and gain real world skills that will enhance their knowledge applicable to their studies._

**Interested?**

Reporting to the Manager Facilities & SCM Operations, the Summer Student Corporate Services Administration will provide front line administrative support for our Corporate Head Office.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Support reception desk by receiving incoming calls and visitors
- Send and receive couriers and mail.
- Maintain inventory listings for supply and storage rooms.
- Scan and file current and archive materials.
- Code invoices
- Assist with preparing locations for onboarding and offboarding staff.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams as required.
- Demonstrates a personal commitment and proactive approach to Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) through participation in all applicable EH&S programs and ensures safe operation of the branch, team or unit and compliance with all Company EH&S policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

**What You'll Bring**
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Business Administration program.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Customer service driven, friendly and pro-active.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Possess a professional demeanor.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
