Our unique point of view on B2B is The Superpowers Index, an annual survey of B2B buyer behaviour. About you:Great campaign execution is your specialty with creativity mixed in andyou enjoy supporting your team the sales team. You always look for new ways to innovate our social media efforts.We are looking for a self-motivated, highly detail oriented, and creative thinker. Someonewho is proficient in taking a campaign idea and leading it through the planning, executing, and measuringphases to create memorable and impactful B2B marketing. This is a highly collaborative and visible position, so good communication and interpersonal skillsarea must. While the responsibility will be the US market, collaboration and cooperation with the Canadian team will be required.This role reports to the Director of Platforms and Performance.Responsibilities: Create, manage, execute, and measuresocial campaignsto achieve brand awareness and/or lead generationLead efforts to create a holistic campaigns measurement strategy to track marketing campaigns success and communicate results to stakeholdersOversee social media strategy and execution including paid campaigns (LinkedIn. Meta, etc.)Collaborate with clients and colleaguesto create campaigns and/or events that promote services/productsWork in conjunction with creative teams to create collateral to complement campaignsManage a subsection of the overall media budgetEnsureeffective communication strategies with colleagues and clientsPerform additional functions and administrative tasks as required for media activationQualifications & Experience5+ years of social/digital campaign planning experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experienceCreative thinking as applied to B2B marketing campaigns and eventsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMeticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to collaborate with different teams and job levels to accomplish responsibilitiesThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelSalesforce.com, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing,Meta, and marketing automation software experience preferredAdditional informationThe salary range for this position is $85k-$95k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.#LI-DM1
