Job Description RAM Elevators & Lifts Inc. is an industry-leading Edmonton-based manufacturer of residential & commercial elevators and accessibility lifts. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to provide technical services and product support. About the Role RAM’s Technical Support is responsible for troubleshooting problems and helping dealers install new products. This individual has strong technical knowledge and skills, and an exceptional customer service approach. Responsibilities Preparation of electrical technical drawings using Electra and/or AutoCad Provide friendly and helpful customer service over the phone and through email Support dealers installing new products with technical support over the phone Support trouble shooting and repairs on older products over the phone Technical order review and processing Other duties as required Qualifications Background in Electrical or Electronics (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree) Knowledge of electronics, component identification, troubleshooting, understanding basic circuits Proficient with Microsoft Office, Electra & AutoCad 2D software VSD and PLC experience an asset Must have Customer service experience Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English is required Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Knowledge of Solidworks software is an asset We will provide training specific to our products.
