Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 Months Exp Required: Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to lead business-critical initiatives from discovery through delivery Skilled in conducting thorough business analysis and driving collaborative decision-making Proven track record of ensuring timely delivery of business value in fast-paced environments Preferred Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and dashboard configuration Experience using Miro, Box, and similar tools for collaboration and process mapping Strong ability to secure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle Skilled in mapping and analyzing “as-is” and “to-be” business processes Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying root causes and driving long-term, data-driven solutions Day-to-Day Responsibilities Requirements elicitation and documentation Business requirement analysis and validation Stakeholder feedback sessions Impact analysis and risk identification UAT coordination and execution Sprint demos and agile ceremonies Change readiness, training, and go-live support Troubleshooting user-reported issues with minimal disruption and long-term fixes in mind For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
