Avanciers is hiring Salesforce – Senior Business System Analyst at Toronto, ON - Hybrid for one of our Fortune 500 client. This is a Full Time role with the client. Benefits will be covered by the Client.

Role:- Salesforce – Senior Business System Analyst

Location:- Toronto, ON - Hybrid

Duration:- Full Time

Work with Business and technology partners to Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, considering non-functional requirements.· Research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.· Document in the form of epics, stories, wireframes, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Ensuring stories are "ready" for upcoming sprints.· Preferably to have experience in managing requirements in Salesforce marketing cloud or Loyalty management· Must have basic Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and or Salesforce Platform App Builder· Should have knowledge on third-party Salesforce integrations (eg. They should be able to validate & provide the request/response information to development team)· Worked on at least 2 Middleware integrations by testing the API's for success or failure message back to Salesforce through asynchronous testing.Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, permissions, automations· Knowledge on using Lightning components/Classic and Visualforce· Assist testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.· Contribute to project management activities such as: scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures, communicating activity status, as well as escalating and communicating possible issues.· Participate in quality management reviews, including designs, prototypes and other requirements work products.· Work closely with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and pinpoint how to manage integration.· Provide operational and process-related analysis and support.· Respect existing processes and standards including requirements management and project management disciplines, technology delivery and business technology architecture, escalating issues as needed.· Gain knowledge in own area, stay abreast of technology trends and developments, develop expertise in services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques, business domains and their products and services.·
