If you’re friendly, reliable, and motivated to keep operations running smoothly, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)• Meeting and assisting clients with vehicle drop-offs• Assisting service advisors with vehicle check-ins and parking• Shuttle driving clients to and from the dealership• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the drive-through and client waiting areas• Conducting service satisfaction follow-up calls• Picking up and dropping off client vehicles as needed• Clearing snow from parking lots and entrances during winter monthsPerformance Essentials (Qualifications)• Strong communication and customer service skills• Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Comfortable driving various types of vehicles• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract• Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)Bannister Accessories (Our Standard Benefits)• Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks and experience (starting range: $17–$20/hour based on customer interaction experience)• Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care• Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support• Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized• Ongoing training and professional developmentBannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
