Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Human Resource Consultant to provide a variety of HR services and advice on an as-needed basis. The successful individual will not be required on a full-time basis over the course of the contract.  While some off site work may be performed, on site work in Regina will be required. Responsibilities:  Support for recruiting activities including developing job descriptions, interview guides, reference guides, applicant screening and interview support; Providing advice and direction on applying performance management and performance evaluation plans including goal and objective setting; Human resource policy development; Organizational design and organizational effectiveness advice and guidance; Position classification and re-classification; and Strategic human resource planning. Qualifications: Degree in Business Admin or other related field CHRP designation Demonstrated experience in Performance management Demonstrated experience in Organizational design Demonstrated experience in Strategic HR planning Demonstrated experience Job description development and classification Demonstrated experience providing HR advice to senior executives
