The appointment will commence on July 1, 2025 or as negotiated. The appointment length is three years.One of three professional schools within , the School of Nursing offers undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. As a member of a larger Faculty, the School of Nursing offers opportunities for interprofessional education and research. Exceptional teaching practice, providing nursing students with effective learning opportunities across educational programs.Eligibility: Eligible candidates must be registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Successful completion of a master’s degree in Nursing is required. PhD in Nursing completed or in progress preferred. Expertise teaching clinical nursing and nursing theory courses is required. Demonstrated excellence in teaching in a range of learning contexts (classroom, online, simulated, hospital or community clinical practice settings). Experience teaching problem-based learning is an asset. Experience in curriculum development and course design using evidence based educational methodology.Option for 0.8 FTE as opposed to full-time (e.g. to allow practicing NPs to continue their clinical practice, or for clinical nurse specialists/advanced practice nurses).Applicants are invited to apply online by submitting: A cover letter which outlines areas of interest and expertise in teaching.
