Reporting to a Vice President, the Director, Market Analysis & Development will lead the development of market strategies that shape the organization’s overall approach to growth. This role is accountable for delivering actionable insights and driving competitive advantage through rigorous analysis and strategic planning. Success in this position depends on building strong internal credibility and trusted relationships across business units, collaborating effectively to align priorities and enable data-driven decision-making that supports long-term success. In addition, the Director will engage with external stakeholders and partners, representing the company in industry forums, and building relationships that advance strategic objectives and strengthen its position in international markets. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this leader ensures that recommendations are grounded in thorough research and sound judgment. As an ideal candidate, you bring experience in defining and leading market strategies that shape overall business development and growth initiatives. You have a proven ability to design and implement strategic plans that drive expansion and strengthen competitive advantage. Skilled at market research and analysis, you are able to use data and trends to build actionable strategic plans. Known for your ability to build trust and influence internally, you work seamlessly across diverse teams to drive alignment and deliver results. Your collaborative approach and strategic mindset enable you to influence outcomes and position the organization for success in a dynamic, evolving global environment.
