Execute feature and bug fix testing for the FortiSASE cloud-hosted security solution using a combination of manual and automated testing techniques.  Help build frameworks and packages required to implement end to end automation involving multiple products.  Work with internal teams to diagnose and troubleshoot issues found in production and staging environments.  Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.  Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed.  Job Skills Required 5+ years of experience working as a QA in a Software-as-a-Service or Infrastructure-as-a-Service environment and/or in Network security and related technologies such as IPsec,SSL/TLS,VPN,DNS,SD-WAN etc. Ability to create and maintain test infrastructure.  Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, switching, and routing.  Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to logically and analytically troubleshoot web applications, networks and cloud infrastructure.  Demonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible problem reports and test results.  Experience working with OpenStack, AWS, GCP and Azure is preferred  Experience with RabbitMQ is a plus  Experience with endpoint software (such as FortiClient or equivalent) is an asset  Experience in building frameworks and packages in Java or Python is a plus Fortinet and other vendor certifications are a plus Educational Requirements A degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field.  The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $92,000 - $112,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.
