FortiSASE is a SaaS-based service that combines network and security functions with WAN capabilities, allowing users to securely access the Internet from anywhere.

Job Responsibilities

- Execute feature and bug fix testing for the FortiSASE cloud-hosted security solution using manual and automated testing techniques.
- Help build frameworks and packages to implement end-to-end automation involving multiple products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments.
- Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.
- Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed.

Job Skills Required

- 5+ years of experience as a QA in a SaaS or IaaS environment, or in Network security and related technologies such as IPsec, SSL/TLS, VPN, DNS, SD-WAN.
- Ability to create and maintain test infrastructure.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, switching, and routing.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot web applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure logically and analytically.
- Experience with OpenStack, AWS, GCP, and Azure is preferred.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and endpoint software like FortiClient is a plus.
- Experience with Java or Python frameworks is advantageous.
- Fortinet and other vendor certifications are a plus.

Educational Requirements

- A degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related field.

Additional Information

The salary range in Canada for this full-time position is $92,000 - $112,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Fortinet offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible leave policies.

All roles are eligible for the Fortinet equity program. Bonus eligibility is reviewed at hire and annually.
