As Supply Chain Manager at CMC Electronics, you will be a key driver of both strategic sourcing and tactical purchasing functions for all goods and services, ensuring costs optimization, supply continuity, driving supplier performance — all while supporting on-time production and customer deliveries. As Supply Chain Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Lead a team of 12 buyers and supply chain specialists Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve resilience, reduce costs & minimize risks Lead sourcing activities and contracts negotiation with suppliers to secure the best terms, quality, and delivery timelines. Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms, identify and implement mitigation measures. Oversee daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply issues Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage related projects. Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, applicable standards, and legal/regulatory requirements. How to excel in this role, you must have: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
