Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: Trust Customer Focus Responsibilities Bid Phase Support Collaborate with Proposal & Construction teams to identify subcontracting needs and suppliers during bid preparation; In collaboration with key stakeholders, prepare subcontracting strategies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for inclusion in bids; Evaluate potential subcontractors and assist in prequalification processes. Contract Development & Negotiation In collaboration with Proposal & Construction teams; Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements ensuring compliance with project requirements and legal standards; Define scope of work, deliverables, and performance metrics for subcontractors; Secure favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risk exposure. Contract Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate records of all subcontract agreements and amendments; Monitor subcontractor performance against contractual obligations, schedule, and quality standards; Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. Identify potential claims early and implement strategies to mitigate disputes; Manage resolution of subcontractor claims, variations, and disputes in collaboration with legal and project teams; Prepare documentation and support negotiations or arbitration as required. Assess contractual risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle; Manage change orders and ensure timely incorporation into subcontract agreements; Communicate impacts of changes on cost, schedule, and scope to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Minimum 7+ years of experience in subcontract management within construction or EPC projects; Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles; Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office Suite; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; What’s In it For You Hybrid work model for certain job categories, supported by competitive benefits.
