provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting departmenttype accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and recordsprepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statementsreconcile accounts in a timely mannerdaily enter key data of financial transactions in databaseprovide assistance and support to company personnelresearch, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepanciesinform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areasfunction in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable lawsconstantly update job knowledgeassist internal and external audit projectmaintain general ledger and perform daily bank reconciliation dutiesprepare and record journal entries to financial statementsother duties as assignedwho you areBachelor's degree in finance or accountingYardi software experience minimum of one-year accounts payable experience and accounting knowledge  tracking expenses, understanding the chart of accounts, attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, analyzing information, accounting, vendor relationships, PC proficiency, data entry skills, general math skillshow to apply
