Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for administration and finance?

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Clerk - Accounts Payable to join our team at Everest Automation Inc., a leading provider of industrial automation equipment and services in Eastern Canada.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our accounts receivable and payable functions, working closely with the Quebec and Ontario accounting teams and reporting directly to the supervisor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Supporting customer invoicing, focusing on specific invoice types and ensuring accuracy
  • Processing and reconciling cheques for Ontario divisions

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A college degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably with ERP system knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingualism in French and English is highly valued
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment
