We're seeking a Technical Support Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg. What We Offer: Salary: $18.30/hrJob Type/Shift: In-Person, Full time, Monday - Friday, (varying shifts between 7am-7pm)What You'll Do: Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and live chat with professionalism and empathy. Guide users through setup, updates, and basic technical processes. Document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary. Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.What We're Looking For: Previous experience in technical support or customer service (phone/chat). Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Comfortable navigating multiple systems and multitasking.
