We are excited to welcome new talent into our team and continue to grow and innovate within the HR space as our organization evolves.The HRGeneralistplays a pivotal role in supporting the HR function across multiple domains, including business partnership, general HR support, talent and organizational development, shared services, and recruiting. This positionis responsible forensuring smooth HR operations, delivering high-quality support to employees and managers, and contributing to key HR projects and reporting.Thisrolewill report to the Director of Talent and Organizational Developmentandwillwork closely with a collaborative HR team composed of talent acquisition,compensation, T&OD,HRBPs, and HR operations. The HR Generalist will be an integral part of this team, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and supporting the seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Business Partner Support Support the Orientation/Onboarding program for new hiresManage onboarding and exit survey reportingTroubleshoot time and attendance issues in Workday2. General HR Support Maintain and clean up the HRintranetTrack engagement budgetsProvide ad-hoc reporting supportAssistwith ad-hoc projects as needed 3. Talent & Organizational Development (T&OD)Support the LinkedIn Learning programAdminister therecognitionplatformManage reporting and follow-ups for our new hire and annual compliance training programOversee reporting and follow-ups on our learning program4. Shared ServicesTriage daily help desk ticketsConduct monthly HR auditsReconcile monthly purchase orders (POs)5. RecruitingReconcile weeklyrecruitingreportsAdminister new hire and candidate satisfaction surveysCompensation StructureIncludes salary,5% bonuspotential (performance dependent), and benefits. Target salary range is between 68,000-85,000 USD.Desired Background / TraitsWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. The idealcandidateshouldpossess strong communication skills, be comfortable working across departments, and demonstrate a commitment to supporting team goals. Experience in HR operations, document management, and recruiting is highly desired, as well as a proven ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Workday experience is a plus. Cerence Inc.
