Master's degree from an accredited school of Speech Pathology and Audiology. Two years previous experience working with children who have multiple disabilities and communication disorders. Skills And Abilities Ability to independently organize and plan treatment programs, set priorities, and to work with parents and other professional disciplines as part of a team. Ability to train and monitor others to deliver SLP programs. Ability to be perceptive to the needs of children and families and able to act accordingly with tact, patience, and optimism.
