Job Title: Pediatric Speech Pathologist (Remote and Home-Based) with Foundations Speech & Language Services - Victoria, BC

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This unique position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to provide in-home services to clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide virtual speech therapy sessions to pediatric clients (anywhere from 18 months to 18 years old).

2. Deliver in-home speech therapy services to pediatric clients, ensuring a comfortable and effective therapeutic environment.

3. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans for clients.

4. Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders in pediatric clients.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

6. Stay abreast of advancements in the field of pediatric speech pathology and integrate new techniques into practice.

7. Provide guidance and support to clients' families to ensure effective carryover of therapy goals in the home environment.

8. Assist future employees in the registration process with the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP).

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

2. Current registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CSHPBC (registration with SAC is an added bonus).

3. Experience in pediatric speech pathology, with a focus on language disorders, articulation, and fluency. Experience working with clients with ASD is an added bonus.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and set own schedule.

6. Access to a reliable vehicle for home visits.

7. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology.

8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and obtaining RASP registration.
