Working closely with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and clients, you will help deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience within Information Technology, Security, and/or Defence, along with a strong understanding of Canadian Federal Government contracting. You are familiar with federal requirements such as security clearances, resource grids, and contracting vehicles, and thrive in the fast-paced nature of government-funded projects.Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles supporting ADGA’s contracts including:Leading intake discussion with the hiring manager/team;Create role descriptions and post jobsSourcing through internal ATS (SmartRecruiter), job boards, networking, referrals, and other channelsScreen, interview, and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fitArrange for hiring manager/team interviewsConduct salary/rate negotiation of with employees and consultantsExtend conditional and formal offers to selected candidatesUnderstand and recruit against contractual labor categories, mandatory criteria, and bid requirementsConfirm candidate qualifications against the required labor category (if necessary)Work closely with successful candidates to write up matrices/grids for formal submission.
