Here’s what you’ll deliver: Schedule and prepare deliveries for sold vehicles.Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance. Responsible for ensuring quality assurance of the vehicle prior to delivery.Perform final quality control of reconditioning. Communicating and explaining vehicle features and options to customers and answering all inquiries. Demonstrate vehicle to customer at time and delivery. Completion of final paperwork with the customer.Ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle purchase at the end of delivery.What you need to succeed:Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.Customer service experience required.Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills.
