Job DescriptionWork Mode: 3 days onsite/week Top 3 Required Skills:1.      ServiceNow Developer with Integration, Rest API, Scripted API, Integration Hub2.      ServiceNow Platform, Workflow & Scripting, Flow Designer, Playbooks3.      Configure and Customize SPM Modules Top 3 Preferred Skills:1.      Service Catalog Design2.      Project and Portfolio Management Workspace,3.      Enterprise Agile Planning, Safe / Agile 2.0 Required Technical Skillset ·         ServiceNow Developer·         ServiceNow Platform, Workflow & Scripting, Flow Designer, Playbooks·         Service Catalog Design·         Integration, Rest API, Scripted API, Integration Hub·         Configure and Customize SPM Modules·         Project and Portfolio Management Workspace, Enterprise Agile Planning, Safe / Agile 2.0·         Resource Management, Tine Card and Financial Configuration·         Performance Analytics Must-Have·         ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge is required.·         Proven experience of delivering solutions using ServiceNow development best practices.·         Knowledge of Core Platform, Business Rules, UI workflows, Forms Design Integration, Service Catalog Design, Scripted API etc.·         Core experience on SPM / PPM Implementation.·         Data Migration from other tools to SPM Modules i.e. Project Management & Workspace, Resource Management Workspace, Time sheet policies setup, Configuration Labor Rate cards, SPM Benchmarks.·         Configuration knowledge on Agile Development 2.0, financials for Portfolio Planning, Strategic Portfolio Management Workspace, Integration of Agile Work Items with PPM.·         Expected hands on with all ServiceNow components such as Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications, etc.·         Experience in Automation suites i.e. Flow & Playbooks.·         Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.·         Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle.·         Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles.·         unit tests using team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution.·         Expected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 3-5 years.·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.·         Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology. Role Expectations·         3+ years of ServiceNow SPM Development.·         Design, Develop, Deliver and Application Maintenance Support for SPM Modules along with other ServiceNow Product.·         Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps).·         Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics.·         Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.·         Experience in cross functional & cross geography team i.e. Onshore, Nearshore and Offshore.·         Create solution collaterals, collaborate with delivery to create case lets. Preferred Background·         Project development experience involving ServiceNow platform; the richer, the better·         BFSI background·         Energetic with “Can Do” attitude·         Business and Consulting skills·         Carry targets Years of Experience: 6-8 yearsRequirementsWork Mode: 3 days onsite/week Top 3 Required Skills: 1.
