Role: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Downtown)

Pay Range: CAD $60-65/hr

Job Description:


•
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules


• Design and deliver solutions using ServiceNow development best practices and architecture-first approach


• Hands-on development with ServiceNow platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, REST APIs, and Email Notifications


• Implement workflows using Flow Designer and Playbooks


• Build and support integrations using REST, Scripted APIs, Integration Hub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps


• Perform data migration from legacy tools into SPM modules including Project, Resource, Time Card, and Financial configurations


• Configure Agile Development 2.0, Enterprise Agile Planning, and integration of Agile work items with PPM


• Configure Project and Portfolio Management Workspace, Resource Management, Financials, and Performance Analytics


• Collaborate with Business Analysts on technical stories and ensure timely sprint delivery


• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, UAT defect resolution, and CI/CD activities


• Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams


• Provide application maintenance and ongoing support for SPM and related ServiceNow modules
