Job Description:

M3 Staffing, a respected leader in the construction staffing industry, is seeking a dedicated Account Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will focus on creating new contracts with construction companies not yet in our system and revitalizing relationships with companies that have previously utilized our services, covering both temporary and permanent staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a sales consultant, working closely with construction site managers and supervisors to understand and meet their staffing needs.
  • Visit construction sites to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Promote our services, assisting both new and lapsed clients with their staffing orders.
  • Negotiate and create new contracts, and work to renew past agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and M3 Staffing, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and orders.

Requirements:

  • Class 5 Drivers License + Vehicle. Must have reliable transportation for visiting sites and clients.
  • Proven sales or customer service experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of construction staffing needs and job positions is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
