We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to help shape bold, culture-driven work that connects with audiences and drives results. You’ll dig deep into human behavior, translate data into direction, and partner with creatives to turn sharp insights into standout campaigns. If you’re curious, culturally plugged-in, and can see patterns before others do, you’ll fit right in. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead strategy across key brands and new business Turn insights, data, and trends into inspiring briefs Collaborate with Creative, Media & Client teams from brief to launch Present thinking that inspires and sells Keep Battery plugged into what’s happening in culture, tech, and social WHAT YOU BRING: 5–7 years of strategy experience in advertising, digital, or social A restless curiosity and instinct for what moves people Comfort with data, research, and tools like Brandwatch or AI platforms Excellent storytelling and presentation skills A collaborative spirit—ambitious, kind, and culturally tuned-in
