You’ll dig deep into human behavior, translate data into direction, and partner with creatives to turn sharp insights into standout campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead strategy across key brands and new business Turn insights, data, and trends into inspiring briefs Collaborate with Creative, Media & Client teams from brief to launch Present thinking that inspires and sells Keep Battery plugged into what’s happening in culture, tech, and social WHAT YOU BRING: 5–7 years of strategy experience in advertising, digital, or social A restless curiosity and instinct for what moves people Comfort with data, research, and tools like Brandwatch or AI platforms Excellent storytelling and presentation skills A collaborative spirit—ambitious, kind, and culturally tuned-in
