We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to help shape bold, culture-driven work that connects with audiences and drives results. You’ll dig deep into human behavior, translate data into direction, and partner with creatives to turn sharp insights into standout campaigns.

Turn insights, data, and trends into inspiring briefs
Collaborate with Creative, Media & Client teams from brief to launch
Keep Battery plugged into what’s happening in culture, tech, and social

5–7 years of strategy experience in advertising, digital, or social
Comfort with data, research, and tools like Brandwatch or AI platforms
