Vos tâches en tant que gérant·e de magasin :
  • Encadrer, former et retenir une équipe des ventes très performante, en accordant une grande attention à l’expérience client.
  • Mener et gérer les opérations en magasin en faisant preuve d’un esprit audacieux et novateur qui peut s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Se concentrer sur le rendement pour atteindre et surpasser les objectifs d’affaires locaux et régionaux.
  • Investir dans la croissance des membres de l’équipe au moyen de divers programmes de perfectionnement de classe mondiale.
  • Promouvoir les marques Rogers et Fido, notamment la carte Mastercard de Rogers.
  • Participer à des événements communautaires et à des efforts de communication pour soutenir les petites entreprises locales.
  • Accroître votre clientèle et tisser des liens avec les gens en leur envoyant des communications personnalisées au moyen d’appels téléphoniques et de messages texte.
  • Faire preuve d’autonomie pour diriger votre magasin comme une entreprise, en offrant les meilleures expériences basées sur les solutions.

Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Personne axée sur le progrès qui veut innover et transmettre des idées qui ont des retombées concrètes sur l’entreprise.
  • Capacité à mettre en œuvre des plans d’affaires pour atteindre les objectifs régionaux et ceux du magasin.
  • Leader qui favorise la collaboration, dirige avec passion et inspire ses équipes.
  • Capacité à travailler selon des horaires variables et les soirs/week-ends à l’occasion (40 heures/semaine).
  • Personne majeure (varie selon la province).
  • Pouvoir communiquer en anglais est un atout.
