As a Store Manager with COS, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an individual store, including delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store's sales and profit. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure the store is run efficiently. By securing both direct and indirect customer service, you will ensure the success of the location to maximize profit.

Key responsibilities

  1. Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  2. Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance.
  3. Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
  4. Leading recruitment and ensuring induction and training for new starters is carried out.
  5. Identifying future talents and creating development plans to support their progression.
  6. Overseeing store operations.
  7. Creating a great place to work.
Qualifications

To be successful as a Store Manager, we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach, fostering collaboration and collective success. You have a positive mindset, are flexible, and can adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs. Additionally, you can take initiatives and independently address business needs quickly and effectively. You are communicative and socially confident, fostering positive interactions with colleagues and customers.

What you need to Succeed:

  1. Approximately 1 year working as a manager within a retail environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
  3. Self-motivated & Positive.
  4. Adaptable.
  5. A genuine interest in others.
  6. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion and retail.
  9. Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and evenings when required.
Additional Information

This is a Full-time position offering 40 hours a week.
