All Store Manager

Job Description
As a Store Manager with COS, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an individual store, this includes delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store's sales and profit. In this role, you will lead a team of people to ensure the store is run in the most efficient way. By securing both direct and indirect customer service, you ensure the success of the location to maximize profit.
Key responsibilities
- Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
- Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance
- Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
- Leading on recruitment and ensuring induction and training for new starters is carried out
- Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
- Overseeing store operations
- Creating a great place to work
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Store Manager, we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach, fostering collaboration and collective success. You have a positive mindset, where you are flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs. We also believe you can take initiatives and independently address business needs in a quick and effective way. In addition, you are communicative and socially confident, fostering positive interactions with colleagues and customers.
What you need to Succeed:
- Approximately 1 year working as a manager within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team
- Customer focused
- Self-motivated & Positive
- Adaptable
- A genuine interest in others
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion, retail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
This is a Full-time position offering 40 hours a week.
