Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great Lane Attendant/Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Our Lane Attendant/Mechanics perform a variety of repairs and preventative maintenance on our lanes and scoring equipment to maintain a safe and secure environment that help delivery an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have some experience, but training will be provided by our head mechanic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fixing lane break downs
  • Removing stuck bowling balls and pins
  • Cleaning lanes and pins
  • Assisting bowlers with scoring computers
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the bowlers area
  • Oiling, buffing and maintaining of lanes as outlined by MOS
  • Greet all guests with a smile and assists with any lane issues
  • Provide friendly and exceptional guest service (S-10/ G-5)
  • Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
  • Communicate with shift leaders and managers
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong customer service
  • Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Mechanically inclined
