**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fixing lane break downs
- Removing stuck bowling balls and pins
- Cleaning lanes and pins
- Assisting bowlers with scoring computers
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the bowlers area
- Oiling, buffing and maintaining of lanes as outlined by MOS
- Greet all guests with a smile and assists with any lane issues
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service (S-10/ G-5)
- Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong customer service
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Mechanically inclined
