Le poste


Vous avez sûrement une idée de ce que signifie travailler avec nous, mais au cas où, voici quelques tâches clés qui pourraient faire partie de votre travail :


  • Mettre de l’avant votre passion pour les clients en anticipant leurs besoins, et leur offrir un certain effet de surprise et de bien-être en vous occupant d’eux de façon proactive.
  • Inspirer, soutenir et guider votre équipe de façon à offrir une expérience client qui estompe la distinction entre la restauration et la restauration rapide.
  • Entrer en contact avec les clients et répondre à leurs questions concernant nos aliments et notre marque, et les amener à se sentir valorisés à tous les niveaux.
  • Agir à titre de modèle en matière de calme et d’équité en ce qui a trait à l’expérience client et gérer les différentes situations avec sérénité et positivisme.
  • Faire en sorte que McDonald’s offre davantage que simplement de la nourriture délicieuse dont on ne peut se passer. En faire une expérience qui ravit les clients et créer un lien fort entre eux et nous.


Votre style et votre expérience


Bien qu’une expérience de travail dans le milieu de la restauration ou du commerce de détail à titre de barista, de serveur, d’associé aux ventes, de caissier, de membre d’une équipe ou de représentant commercial puisse être utile et appréciée, le plus important est la personne que vous êtes.

En 1954, après avoir découvert un petit restaurant de hamburgers en Californie, un représentant audacieux du nom de Ray Kroc allait écrire la toute première page de l’histoire de McDonald’s. En 1967, le premier restaurant McDonald’s du Canada ouvre ses portes à Richmond, en Colombie-Britannique. Depuis ce jour, nous évoluons au rythme de nos collectivités et offrons des aliments de qualité à un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
