We’re looking for a Facilities Real Estate Representative to join our team You will be responsible for administering real estate leases and programs for both owned and leased SGI locations. You will use your negotiation and exceptional customer service skills to act as a liaison between SGI business areas, landlords and their property managers on day-to-day operations.



Please consider applying if you:


  • Have experience dealing with and a strong understanding of the terms and language contained in commercial lease agreements.
  • Have strong lease negotiate skills and can set expectations with landlords, property managers and our SGI business areas, all while managing day-to-day operations at SGI’s leased locations.
  • Have a proven track record of strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Want to leverage your leadership skills to actively support SGI’s culture, while expanding your own learning and supporting your colleagues as they do the same.



The skills for this position are gained through a two year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, or defined equivalency, completion of the BOMI Leasing & Marketing for Property Managers and the Real Estate Investment and Finance courses OR the IFMA Real Estate and Finance & Business courses and possession of a valid driver’s license. In addition, 2 – 4 years’ experience in real estate lease administration.
