**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Marketing and lead generating
- Preparing detailed contracts
- Consult & coordinate with agents, sellers, and lawyers in regards to appointments, open houses, signing documents etc.
- Coordinate showings & obtain feedback
- Provide proactive weekly reports to clients
- Input all listing information
- Submit all necessary documentation to office
- Input all necessary info into client database
- Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, lender etc.
- Coordinate the preparation of all listing & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.
- Hold agent(s) accountable

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:
