How You Will Create Impact
- Participates in the development of innovative products, programs, policies, and strategies to meet the department’s long-term strategic plans.
- Develops supporting value-add materials including schedule, budget, resource plan, decision making framework etc.
- Participates in the creation of the plan, the scope, schedule, budget, and risks associated with the Program.
- Participates in the creation of monitoring and tracking tools.
- Executes on the overall Program plan, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Builds and fosters positive relationships with stakeholders, participants, and 3rd party providers to facilitate program execution.
- You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.
- You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
- You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
- Completed post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Science, human resources, or any related field.
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written), in both English and French (Bilingualism is required)
- Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- You will travel occasionally.
