Description du poste

Résumé des fonctions
Le titulaire du poste est responsable du chargement, du déchargement, de l’expédition, de la réception, de la numérisation, du tri et de l’entreposage des colis. Le titulaire du poste pourrait être amené à utiliser de la machinerie lourde pour effectuer des tâches. Le titulaire du poste effectue d’autres tâches, selon les demandes.

Responsabilités:
  • Fournit un service client exceptionnel aux clients sans rendez-vous et aux demandes téléphoniques.
  • S’approprie les besoins en expédition du client et propose des solutions viables.
  • Prend des mesures pour connaître toutes les offres de produits et de services, les solutions de rechange et les tendances de l’industrie.
  • Utilise tous les équipements, les logiciels et les appareils et forme les autres employés sur leur utilisation.
  • Maintient un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire.

Compétences requises:
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale ou équivalent international
  • Solides compétences en informatique, notamment avec les logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office et de la suite Adobe
  • Fortes aptitudes à communiquer, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Capacité de soulever une charge supérieure à 18 kg (40 lb).
