**Overview**:
As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our tire distribution center. Your job duties will usually vary depending on the goals for the day but typically will include stacking and moving medium truck tires throughout the facility, cleaning equipment, and fulfilling general maintenance tasks as required, all while adhering to safety policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive shipments and assist in unloading them from delivery trucks.
- Double-check all inbound or outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Assist in arranging inventory for efficiency.
- Operate forklift to transport items in and about the yard and warehouse.
- Load, unload, and move tires by hand or using material handling equipment.
- Handle counting, sorting, packing, and unpacking activities as part of the material sorting work.
- Occasionally wash and polish inventory for shipment.
- Ensure that the yard is properly maintained and always organized.
- Assist in loading delivery trucks, ensuring that each item is placed correctly and secured within the truck.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Physical skills are most important for this job, as you will perform labour-intensive tasks and need to be able to work outdoors in various climates.
- Familiarity with tire types, sizes, and brands is a plus.
- Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.10-$21.02 per hour
