Join our mission and become part of our team Apply now for the following position: Regional Sales Manager – Rogers for Education (Ontario).Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Ontario. This is a unique opportunity to lead sales and training efforts, build strong relationships with school boards, and contribute to the growth of innovative educational technologies. You will play an integral role in expanding our presence in Ontario, providing exceptional support, and contributing to the ongoing success of Roger for Education and SoundField products.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct training and provide support for school boards and SoundField distributors in Ontario.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and assist with the RFP process.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate service activities as needed.
- Organize teacher training days, seminars, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director – East on strategic initiatives for growth.
- Lead product demonstrations, seminars, and conventions
What you bring to the team:
- Audiologist or HIS with FM/Roger experience (FM verification preferred)
- 2+ years in field sales management or B2B sales (medical device industry preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel overnight (15%)
