Are you passionate about holistic well-being and recreation? Do you have experience in inspiring and motivating adults to lead a life of purpose? As our next Active Living Manager, you will enhance the quality of life for our residents by developing and implementing engaging and meaningful programs. You'll excel at scheduling events and improving overall program offerings, creating an environment that promotes wellness, social interaction, and happiness.

Your Experience:

  • A minimum of two years in recreation/active living and one year of leadership experience with seniors
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Certifications in gerontology, senior fitness, and volunteer management are an asset
  • Knowledge of program adaptations for individuals with impairments
  • Current F Class/Class 4 license or ability to obtain
  • Current CPR/first aid certification
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Creative approach to program development
  • Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
