Ses responsabilités comprennent la conception, la gestion et la livraison d’aperçus et de solutions analytiques au moyen de l’analyse, de la gestion des données et de la science des données. Letitulaire du poste fournit une expertise technique et stratégique opérationnelle et assure une bonne
gouvernance des sources de données, des modèles, des attributs et des plateformes d’analyse. Ses autres responsabilités consistent à fournir un leadership éclairé tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe en ce qui concerne l’utilisation et l’application des données et des analyses à des fins d’avantage concurrentiel.


Tâches

  • Travailler avec un groupe de clients attitrés pour comprendre et structurer leurs problèmes d’ordre commercial en tirant parti d’un sens aigu des affaires et d’une approche organisée de résolution de problèmes.

  • Soutenir le processus de vente en offrant des services-conseils sur les affaires, les analyses et les produits. Travailler avec les parties prenantes internes pour évaluer, formuler et présenter des solutions qui démontrent une expertise en matière de besoins opérationnels du client et qui appuient ses stratégies.

  • Apporter une connaissance approfondie du cycle de vie du consommateur et de l’application pertinente des données.

  • Comprendre comment jumeler efficacement les capacités d’Equifax aux interfaces de système client et aux processus opérationnels.

  • Communiquer avec les équipes de développement et d’exécution pour assurer la résolution des problèmes liés aux exigences et aux solutions commerciales des clients et une livraison dans les délais.

  • Effectuer régulièrement des validations, des échantillons de données, etc., pour s’assurer de maintenir le rendement supérieur des produits.

  • Maintenir une expertise reconnue en explorant activement les données d’Equifax pour obtenir des aperçus pertinents et exploitables pour nos clients des secteurs des services financiers, des gouvernements, des rehausseurs de notation, des télécommunications ou de l’automobile.

  • Démontrer l’expertise des données d’Equifax et le processus de conversion de ces données en renseignements commerciaux exploitables

Expérience nécessaire :

  • Au moins sept ans d’expérience dans l’analyse des risques et du marketing.

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais).

  • Expérience en statistiques et en analyses– élaboration de méthodologies pour le travail d’analyse et de conversion des résultats en perspectives et stratégies opérationnelles exploitables.

  • Expérience dans les fonctions d’interaction avec les clients et capacité à diriger et à animer des réunions qui mettent en valeur un processus et une approche solides en matière d’élaboration de solutions.

  • Connaissance approfondie de l’industrie et des priorités actuelles et futures en fonction des conditions changeantes du marché.

  • Solides compétences en gestion de projets, sens de l’organisation et grand souci du détail et des résultats.

Synopsis of the role:

The Bilingual Analytics Consultant provides business, analytical and product expertise to all sales teams and clients on specialized products and platforms and works with sales & other business partners to deliver solutions and resolve issues to the client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities include the design, management and delivery of analytical insights and solutions through data analysis, data management and data science. Primary activities include delivering technical, business strategic expertise and ensuring proper governance of data sources, models, attributes and analytic platforms. Additional responsibilities include providing thought leadership both internally and externally regarding the use and application of data and analytics for competitive advantage.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with a dedicated set of clients to understand and bring structure to their business problems, leveraging strong business acumen and an organized approach to problem solving

  • Support the sales process through business, analytical and product consulting. Work with internal stakeholders to assess, formulate, and present solutions that demonstrate an appreciation of the client’s business need and supports the client’s strategies

  • Bring in-depth knowledge of the consumer life-cycle and the relevant application of data

  • Understand how to effectively pair Equifax capabilities with client system interfaces and business processes

  • Interface with development and fulfillment teams to ensure the timely delivery and problem resolution of business & customer requirements/solutions

  • Performs regular validations, data samples, etc. to ensure superior product performance is maintained

  • Maintain qualified expertise by actively mining Equifax data for insights that are relevant and actionable for our clients in the Financial Services, Government, Monolines, Telecommunications or Auto Industries

  • Demonstrate expertise of Equifax data and the process of transforming that data into consumable business intelligence

What experience you need :

  • 7+ years industry experience in risk/marketing analytics

  • Must be bilingual (French and English)

  • Experience in Statistics and Analytics – developing methodologies for analytical work and translating results into actionable business insights and strategies

  • Client Facing with ability to lead and facilitate meetings that showcase strong solution development process & approach

  • Deep industry insight of current & future priorities due to changing market conditions

  • Strong project management skills, well organized, high attention to detail and results-oriented
