Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Multiple Roles) Mississauga, Ontario – Hybrid (3 days in the office) $85,000 - $90,000 + excellent benefits Our client is a huge Canadian organisation who are in the middle of a Procurement transformation. Led by one of the strongest Heads of Procurement in Canada, they are redeveloping the Sourcing team which has led to a number of job vacancies. They are recruiting for Sourcing Specialists for CAPEX (equipment, construction, facilities etc) and OPEX (Indirect Services, IT, Professional Services etc). Both roles require smart, ambitious Procurement professionals who are able to work with and advise key stakeholders in high value procurement activities. Strong Sourcing experience is a must, with experience of running full RFPs. The key focus of this role is to offer an advisory based procurement service, while the department develops their strategic procurement offering to become of the strongest procurement teams in the country. As this is an environment for change, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and development. This is also a unionised environment, so job security and excellent benefits are standard.
