Founded in 1979, Liteline Corporation is Canada’s largest privately held lighting manufacturer, operating a 160,000 sq. ft. office, manufacturing, and distribution facility in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We specialize in LED lighting solutions for the North American residential and commercial markets. Our ideal candidate believes that the quality of service is everything. As a member of our Customer Service Team, you’ll share our passion for helping customers grow their business. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who builds trust and strengthen our reputation for providing exceptional support before, during, and after every sale. Reporting directly to the Sales Support Specialist Manager and supported by a dedicated team of customer care professionals, the Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for: Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers Performing order entry and reverse entry processes Responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat Answering questions about shipping, pricing, and product details Identifying customer needs and recommending the best lighting solutions for their projects Collaborating with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to meet project deliverables Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction at the end of each transaction Minimum 3 years of customer care experience or a related industry Post-secondary education preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems Strong multitasking skills, sound judgment and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills across phone, email, and online channels Strong relationship-building, influence, and problem-solving skills Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience In-house training and ongoing professional development We are dedicated to accommodating individuals with disabilities throughout our hiring process.
